The highland campus resort, the Center for the Development of Citizens' Participation in Civil Society, the District Development Center, the development of the third phase of the Hawam Highway and the extension of the Hakim highway are part of the projects being exploited. According to the Tehran Municipality, the suspended bridge of the sky, built on Nahjolbalagheh Gardens, is considered as one of the tourism destinations in Tehran, the first suspended bridge of the capital and the second suspended bridge of the country. The first suspended bridge has been opened in Meshkin city of Ardebil. This pavement sky bridge is located at a height of 65 meters on Nahjol-Balagheh Gardens. The bridge has a capacity of 200 people simultaneously. The useful length of the span of the bridge is 280 meters, its width is 2 meters and its maximum height is 80 meters. The 2nd district of Tehran, which is 4000 and 939 hectares in the northwest of Tehran, extends from the north to the Alborz Range, between the Dareh to Farahzad River, to the south to Azadi Avenue, to the highway to the Shahid Chamran and to the highway to the west.
